Introduction:
Mr. Veddant Majumdar is currently engaged as an Assistant Professor of Law at the School of Law, NMIMS, Hyderabad, and specializes in corporate, commercial and tax law. Prior to this, he served as a Research Assistant at NUJS, Kolkata, in a project on international trade in services funded by the Ministry of Commerce. Mr. Majumdar has also served as an indirect tax associate at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan, Attorneys, New Delhi, and intends to utilize his rich legal experience in a tier-1 law firm towards the holistic education and training of the upcoming generations of lawyers in India. Mr. Majumdar is also a seasoned debater, having won several national level flagship debates across the country.
