Dr. Uday Panwar

Brief Introduction:

Dr. Uday Panwar holds a B.E. (Hons.) in Electronics and Communication (2006) and an M.E. (Hons.) in Digital Communication (2009) from the Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), DAVV Indore. He earned his Ph.D. in VLSI Design from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology (MANIT), Bhopal. His research interests include the design and development of low-power, high-speed configurations for portable devices.

With over 12 years of academic and administrative experience, Dr. Panwar has served in key roles such as:

• Head of Department (HoD) – Electronics and Communication Engineering, Sagar Institute of Research & Technology (SIRT), Bhopal
• Group Convener – Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Sage Group of Institutions
• Start-up Coordinator – Institute Innovation Council (IIC), SIRT
• SMDP project incharge at MANIT Bhopal run various EDA tools  like Cadence, Synopsis, Mentro Graphics and Xilinx ISE

He has been actively engaged in fostering innovation, supporting start-ups, and mentoring ideas through MSME incubation assistance.

Research & Academic Contributions

• Published 5 national patents and 1 international patent (granted) and 3 Copyright
• Authored 30+ research articles in SCI, Scopus, and peer-reviewed journals (IJNM–Wiley, MT–Springer, UGC care)
• Reviewer for reputed journals such as Taylor & Francis – IJE, Wiley – IJNM, IJCCC, Analog Integrated Circuits & Signal Processing (Springer), Journal of The Institution of Engineers (India): Series B (Springer), IJCE–Springer, and international conferences including CECNet (Seoul, Korea) and CCME (Xiamen, China, 2021 & 2022)
