Introduction:

 

Ms. Siddhi is an Assistant Professor of Law at NMIMS, with a strong academic background and a passion for fostering dynamic learning environment. She holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law University, Visakhapatnam, and further pursued a comprehensive two-year LL.M. program at Vikram University, Ujjain, where she was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence.

Research Contributions:

Her research interests are reflected in publications across diverse areas of law, including contribution to international journals on the International Bar Association’s Principles of Conduct for the legal profession and the complex intersection of Patent Rights and Patient Rights and has won the "Best research paper” award for the same.  Additionally, she has published a chapter on the impact of GST on healthcare services in the book "Convergence in Law- A Multidisciplinary Odyssey.” She has qualified UGC NET in 2023 and has served as an editor for the book "Insights in Research” by CIRS publications.

She has actively collaborated with NGOs and IDIA (Increasing Diversity by Increasing Access) in imparting knowledge to underprivileged students. She leverages her passion for Gender studies to inform her research on the rights of Transgender persons.
