Dr. Narender Vunyale is an Associate Professor, Department of Finance at NMIMS ? Hyderabad.

PhD in Corporate Finance from the Department of Commerce & Business Management, Osmania University, Hyderabad with the title "New Financing Instruments: A Case of Select Central Public Sector Enterprises? Junior Research Fellowship and National Eligibility Test conducted by the UGC ? University Grants Commission and post graduate in Commerce with gold medal.

One among the three selected for "Scholarship Scheme for Academicians? announced by the Reserve Bank of India and completed the project "Commercial Paper: Problems and Prospects?.

A Team Member in the Project assigned by Financial Services Commission, Mauritius, on "Securitization Opportunities in Mauritius?.

Has rich experience in teaching and research for more than 21 years. His research areas include "Corporate Finance, Capital Structure, Dividend Policies, Earnings Management, Innovative Financing Instruments, etc. and teaches in the MBA program. He handles various subjects and accounting include, Accounting for Managers, Corporate Finance, Management Control Systems, Strategic Cost Management, Financial Services, Financial Statements Analysis, Financial Services Marketing, Corporate Governance and Investment Banking.

MDPs/FDPs:

Involved in delivering to the executive and as well to the faculty on case pedagogy and handled sessions for the participants of Railway Training College, Institute of Public Enterprise, Indian Army, Singareni Collieries Ltd., Progress Software, Intelli-group, Hindalco Limited, etc. Associated with training in the workshops for the faculty members at various IBS centers and other educational institutions on Case Pedagogy like IBS ? Hyderabad, Pune, Tripura, Gurgaon, Kolkata, and Mumbai, Aurora College, Loyola College, Osmania University, Administrative Staff College at Osmania University.

He is the Consulting Editor, IUP Journal of Accounting Research and Audit Practice for more than eleven years and has more than 30 publications in the national and international reputed journals.
